Our Mission

KMR Dance Collective, established in 2021, strives to create provocative, emotional, socially relevant choreographic work. Expression of the human condition and the current happenings within our society is the driving force behind KMRDC’s creative process.

Through the use of movement, bodies, sound, and space the collective aims to communicate with our audiences and explore the depths of humanity, personal narratives, and contemporary storytelling.

The company is dedicated to presenting work in proscenium and site sensitive spaces with intentions of reaching a diverse non-traditional audience and expanding our tri-state dance community.

KMRDC is in the process to become a 501(c)(3) organization.
